the government of rajasthan has launched the aata dal scheme in rajasthan in october but this scheme is working in only 7 cities we are living at hanumangarh the scheme was not launched in our city.please tell me either we have right to buy low cost aata and daal at fair price shop or not if yes than please do something FPS
