Espected sir, i am Bhisham SHARMA residing in B-138, Mansa Ram Park, Opp. Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar Delhi.there r plenty of street dogs in our locality running all around here and there, biting children and making lot of nuisance and its not possible to sleep peacefully as these dog keep on barking through the night..Due to this the whole area is terrified.so it is my humble request to take some necessary action to avoid any kind of untoward event.
