Cleanliness in naraina guan delhi

Dear Sir,

A lot of garbage was dumped under naraina flyover.and its very difficult for the pedestrians by the odour and bad smell coming out of that dumps.near the naraina guan sabzi mandi market very dirty water and garbages were flowing around.so its very difficult for people living there.everyday the mcd staffs were there to clean the area.but nonone cleans it.kindly do something.plsssssssssss...
