Huge electricity bill

Hello sir... i am a tenant living with my family at santhoshnagar coloiny mehdipatnam since a year... in the starting we received normal bill amounts but now since 3-4 months we are receiving huge electricity bills, ... this month the line man who came to give the bill said there is some problem in the meter so he ll issue the bill after checking it... but at sudden when we were not at home i think he came and issued the bill, .. it is rs. 1668/-

i am giving the meter id ..: s9006787, please if there is anybody who can solve my problem... it ll be a favor on me and my family...
