Garbage and water logged

I would like to draw your kind attention that I am Daljeet Singh Living at M-383, Guru Harkishan Nagar, Paschim Vihar . i want to complaint about garbage and water logged behind my house which is thrown by the residents besides my house almost everyday which leads to Stinking Smells and mosquitoes, insects in and outside my house.
