i am mailing you the story of iliegal construction going behing my residence building.
Renu in 1998 we give our plot to for development to Meher construction he completed building in 2001 and in 2002 society is formed. But in 2009 Meher construction taken plot for development which is excactly at backside of my building and without any permision from the society he has shown both plotes still belongs to him and taken a permission to build G 5 capacity building and as per the rule he also not make a distance in two building which should be 1 meter minimum we ask him about him the same but meher constructionm didnt listien Us. so we apporch muncipal corporation but from their also we didnt get any help muncipal officer. as soon as we ask them anything them they shouted on us because their is big fraud in this building and plan is pass after giving money to big officer in muncipal corporation and local corporaters are also not ready to help because they are also involve in this matter. Sir panvel is developing like anything and also unauthorised constructions are also developing like anything in panvel their are many officer in panvel muncipal corporation which is working more than 10 to 15 years at same place and at same post so we want your help from you to resolve this.
