Parcel not received

Dear sir

I was not received courier which doc. no :&Z 03581502 . DTDC CEO Mr. Sukwinder commited me that your parcel delivered on 15/01/10 evening but i was not received courier till date. Please do neccesary action for this because we are suffereing for this. My opinion is that this is poor service of you. I wiil not do any courier in future by DTDC
