Dear Sir,
This is to request you to file a complaint against the owner of the top floor of my residential apartment. The matter is that he is running business of Dry Cleaning and the pipes of drainage are adjacent to my flat on the ground floor. Every second month the pipes get burst and the entire liquid spreads on the roof of my flat which is damaging the building badly. This problem for last three years and has been discussed many time with him but of no use. I’m suffering because of all this both mentally and financially and approaching you with great hope and with no other option left. I would request you to take appropriate action as soon as possible.
