Dear sir/madam,

I am Mohamed Azam Khan resident of H.no- 16-2-835/122/327 Sanjay Gandhi Nager, Asmangadh, Hyderabad - 36. My Passport File No- HYDW26247509 Submission Date- 27/october.

iam havent recive my passport till now and i also check my passport status it says it will dispach in a week from 4 months. please issue me my passport as soon as possible.
