Further to your mail it seems to be that your company is not reliable at all.

Your company is just not returning my money but forcing me to go for legal actions against your company and hike the matter infront of Media.

I am giving you final chance to settle my amount within the period of 1 week from the date of this mail failing of which will be forcing me to take the issue in High Court and in Media against your company and all the expenses which my lawyer will ask me it will be bear by your company.

Please take the matter with your higher authorities and solve the matter within the week from the date of this mail otherwise you and your authorities will be responsible for the image of your company.

We people in Moradabad are illiterate but not the cowards who cannot fight in courts.

This is my humble request please solve the matter.

Thanks for your mail.

I have gone through with all the details as you have mentioned and come to the conclusion is as follows:

1.) At the time of the policy your sales man cheated us by telling that we can cancel the policy whenever we need our money.

2.) If we are that much educated in term of reading your terms and condition then I think I would have joined your company instead of fooling myself after taking the policy from your company. We are just here to sign and give our money if you come to our city you will find more fools like us.

3.) Incase your company will not stop my policy from today onwards and return my money with growth then I have no chance but to go to Consumer Forum and IRDA and make a complaint against your company and mind it don't think that I will be leaving the policy amount but I will make you pay to our lawyer as well your lawyer more then what my policy is costing.

Now making above facts I am here requesting with lots of humble that please cancel my policy and refund my amount with growth. In noway I am going to continue with this policy as if your company is not returning my money now then what will be the guarantee in the near future.

I am really fed up with your commitments and don't want to conclude this policy and please guide your sales man not to make fool but tell the truth then I promise you will have more and more customers with you.

This is further to your email dated January 04 regarding the above mentioned policy number.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your feedback and for taking out the time to highlight your concerns to us.

Basis your complaint we understand that you have concerns regarding premium paying tenure associated with the policy.

We would like to assure you that upon receipt of your complaint we have thoroughly investigated your case. Your policy was inforced basis the details mentioned in your proposal form.

We would like to draw your attention to the “your policy details’ section in the proposal form where you have requested for PensionPlus-Unit Linked policy with the annual premium of Rs.1, 00, 000 and policy term of 20 years. The premium payment tenure is also mentioned in the policy schedule, the Premium Quotation and Illustration Statement, which is enclosed within the policy documents. You would agree that the proposal form clearly states that it is the proposal form for a “Pension Contract”.

All policy features like the policy tenure, premium payment amount, etc have been extracted from the proposal form and have been effected in the policy as per the proposal form. Your signed consent on this document was understood as an agreement to the features of the policy.

We would like to inform you that this is a Unit Linked Product designed to give maximum returns on completion of policy terms. Since your policy is a unit linked insurance policy the performance of the fund depends upon the fund option chosen and that the fund performance is directly related to the performance of the market and daily fluctuations of NAV.

We request you to kindly refer to the Premium Quotation and Illustration Statement which provides you the estimated policy fund value and surrender value post deduction of charges, during the entire policy tenure at assumed rates of returns of 6% and 10% for each policy year with the charges applicable.

We also would like to bring to your notice that product is very well suited for your requirements and can generate high returns in the long run, though, at no point are these returns guaranteed. We would like to draw your attention towards the PQIS enclosed within the policy documents for a better idea of the

Returns the policy is deemed to accrue in the long run.

We would like to confirm that all customers are provided with a “your right to reconsider” option (‘Free look Period’), wherein the customer if dissatisfied with the policy terms and conditions or the benefits available under it, is entitled, to bring it to the notice of the Company and request for cancellation of the Policy within 15 days of receipt of the Policy. However, we did not receive any intimation from your end highlighting concerns in the policy during this period.

In light of the above facts, we regret that no change/cancellation would be possible with respect to your existing policy number APG2840519.

Further, we would strongly recommend that you continue with the policy and enjoy the long term benefits of the contract. As is mentioned in the PQIS, it is anticipated that the policy shall generate high returns post the completion of a longer tenure.

I Noma Azam had done one Fixed Deposit with your company in my name of amount R.100000. in december. Your sales executive has told me it is going to get mature in dec. But now as i have asked for my money he is saying me to again deposit Rs.100000. otherwise i won't get my lac of rupees which i paid earlier as he has done a policy with that money now i came to know this.

Now i need my money back WITH GROWTH as promised by your sales representative. I am also enclosing the details of your certificate which i had received. Kindly refund my money or else i will go to consumer court against you.
