Delay in issue of my sons passport

Respected sir,

i have applied for my sons passport on 31 march an till todat that is 11 september i did not recieve the file no's are c007480-syed armanuddin musa

and c007481- syed azzam uddin musa, please sir i requeet you to issue my son's passport as soon as possible as my husband stays in saudi arabia.
