Status of the register post with acknowledgement

I have made a registered post with ackowledgement due article i.e. legal notice in Musheerabad, N.D.S.O post office by vide RLAD A 6878 on 10-03 by paying Rs.25. The said registered post article was not returned or served and I did not receive any unserved cover or served acknowledgement card so far as I already 23 days have pasded but till now I did not receive or any information weather it is served or not. Inform the status of the register post article as early as possible.
