To send gprs configuration through sms

Espected sir i am the mtnl user for past almost 4 years my number is 9969266291

i would like top suggest to send the gprs configuration to all its gprs users like me through sms so it will be possible for us to install easily whenever we have a new cell

and to reduce the charge from minimum 25 rupees to 5 rupees minimum so it will be helpful for youngsters like me.
