No Ticket Checkers available at platform no.4 in thane in peak hours (morning)

Respected Sir,

There is NO ticket checker available in the morning session (peak hours) at thane in platform no. 4 & 6, since there is second class people travel in first class in morning & evening session (peak hours).

Can any one look into this matter???
