I am a citizen of pocket C-8, Sector-8, Rohini, Delhi-110085, One of our neighbor residence of flat no.225, pocket-8, Sector-8, Delhi-110085, is a widow. She does not allow any to park any vechile to any one of the other residence of this pocket. Due to it is a DDA flat, she is owner of only her flat, not the other part of place, Secondly she throw her waste water on the road instead of using her draining system. Itcreate so many problem
