PASSPORT DELAY

Dear Sir,

I am Babita Anand had applied for passport on Dt. 24-08.

My File Reference No.is DLH-D003495-10. My Date of Birth is 15-01-1976

On Passport website my status is showing “Application is pending for want of Police Report.” since three months. We provided all details from our police station regarding application forwarded from them by letter to your department.

The above message is showing from a long time but still I have not received my passport.

Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

I will be highly obliged.
