Respected Sir, I would like to inform you that I have given an application for cleaning of septic tank at my owner's house at Karaikal on 04.08.2011. I have paid an advance amount of Rs 930.00 on the same day i.e 04.08.2011. Please refer receipt No 4139.
I explained politely to the concerned persons about the conditions of the septic tank level as on 02nd Aug and requested them to attend the same as early as possible. They have requested me that the task would be done within 10 days as per the seniority of applications received by the office. Since, 02nd August the SEPTIC tank is overflowing and it is mixing with outside sewages. Very dirty smell is coming out and it is creating vomiting sensation to neighbors / maid servants etc & we are living with unhygienic condition for the past 15 days. Already, 15 days completed from date of application. I have submitted the separate application & mentioned clearly including my contact number. Till date, no action / no contact from the concerned sections. I was expecting their activity till now. I was having good faith with the concerned department of MUNCIPALITY and So I was not contacting them frequently. Kindly look into the matter and solve the problem at the earliest.
