PF final settlement is pending for eight month

I submitted my PF forms and blank cheque to my past company on Oct and they also sent those details to PF deptt. in mumbai on Sept.

I didn't receive my PF final settlement since Oct and moreover i didn't get any response on the mails ([email protected]) which i sent to PF deptt so many times.

Even I was tried to reach them on over the phone however they didn't response as usual. I checked in website also but the site is not updated properly. It is very difficult to know the status of my PF money.

Now i really don't know how to approach on this issue. Please help me to know the way to go further. I hope this mail will shoot the concerned deptt. and resolve my issue asap.
