Sub. : Ticket and reservations forms at Loco shed counter

Dear Sir,

I, Umesh Cnandra Singh resident of Lucknow Visited Loco shed side of ticket/reservation counter for purchasing ticket and reservation on 7th May around 1230 Hrs with my nephew. Please note the following is the narrative and respond by your so call well trained railway staff :

01. I approach the counter for reservation slip but it was not available on either counter. Self asked the person working on reservation counter but he said go to current ticket booking counter.

02. When I approached then there were Puja Joshi (A.B.C as per name plate) and she was busy on mobile phone. I asked her for one general ticket for 8th May’11 by Gomti Exp for Delhi and reservation slip, she did not reply, I waited for ten minutes, and I repeated same above. She become very angry and told me for reservation slip, go to reservation counter.

I again requested to give me the general ticket for delhi for 8th May, as she was still talking on cell phone, She became angry and said, go to reservation counter.

I again requested for ticket, she said first take reservation ticket then come,

I again told her, that no reservation slip, at least give me same, so I can take reserve ticket.

03. I approached once again to another reservation counter, but again i was directed to go back to beside current booking counter. I found nothing there.

04. I was once again bound to go current booking counter and requested for form and at least give me current ticket, I was very much surprise to see that she was again on cell phone talking.

05. She said get lost, can’t you see, I am busy and refuse to issue ticket.

06. I saw one gentleman without name or ID, came and kept few reservation slip, (It seems that he was chief reservation clerk) I explained my concern problem, he started shouting and said take slip and get lost. I was also very much upset of his behaviour, I ask his name and told him that self will be logging the complain for same.

07. The chief reservation clerk started using very foul language and said you get lost and do any thing and no one can do anything.

08. I could be sure of Chief reservation clerk as later, I saw him sitting in the chief reservation cabin beside the counter.

Well above is for your information.

I have been mentally torture by your so called trained railway staff and even senior clerk behaviour. I have wasted my one and half hour just for running for ticket and reservation slip apart from time in the quey and at last could not get the current ticket.

I, anticipate that appropriate action will be taken by you with regard to above.

Person are working without positive ID in reservation especially public dealing places in railway means some thing is very seriously wrong.

You are requested to take appropriate action above to official as soon as possible.

Your quick and positive action will be highly appreciated.
