Sir, i have a gas connection of no. 16028 in the name of RAVI SHANKAR, R/O J-290 old seema puri delhi-95. I booked my gas for refiling on 24.08.2011 & recieved on 30.08.2011. when delivery man (mr. yadav) supplied the refil cylinder the weight of cylinder was less about 1.5 kg. when I told the delivery man, he repiied that will ok after that I complainted the distributor, but no action has been taken by dealer. every time cylinder was less gas about 1.5 kg to 3 kg but no action has been taken thanks with regards Ravi shankar m-9818264045
