Duty in cleaning gutters resulting in harressment to me and my family

Dear Sir / Madam.

I am a senior citizen. The gutter in front of my house (71, Misquitta Street, Vile Parle, East. Mumbai 400 057. " K / EAST WARD ") is not being clearnt in spite if repete complains

because of this the rain water does not flow freely resulting in water entering my house. Secondly the height of the street in front of my house is raised by eighteen inches. The mud / silt / dirt / plastic. etc., which has entered my house is kept for the inspection of these official responsible for this. I simply cannot stay in such circumstances

The problem may please be permantly be solves and attended to at the earliest.

and action taken against the person responsible.
