I lodged my complaint in Vasundhra Nagar Nigam office on 30.06.11.

After that Have made about 50 times visit to their Vasundhara office and more than 100 times phone to the concerned Mr. Rajinder but he only gave next date instead deputing personnel.

After that I thought some senior should be contacted (Mr. Garg J.E.) and you would be surprised to note that they are also telling me to remind next day.

Can I get back my refund of tax which I paid to them for the last 12 years under House/Water/Sewer tax. If this is way to work for Nagar Niagm Official i dont think it will we work any more.
