I lost my pan card therefore I wanted a new one under my married name since the old one was under my maiden name. I sent all the requested documents on 28/6 along with the cheque for RS 94/. They received the documents on July 5' 2011.On july 11 I contacted them to know when will I get my Pan card. Customer care agent says that have not sent the cheque for clearence yet. There was some error on their part they cheque is still with them I talked to supervisor and she said that she is sending the request and the fees will be collected in 2 days and I will get a new card soon. I waited for 2 days and I called and the cheque is still with them. The supervisor did not come on phone either.. I am really upset because I need pan card urgently...
