Respected sir/madam,
I had given the application to the civil supplies office But Still we have not received the ration card. because they wanted the deletion from our old ration card.but we are unable to get my husband name deletion.we had a family problem so we are now live in separate house for past one year. my husband asked their parent to delete his name and give deletion certificate but they wonn't give.so pls advise me. i'm having a girl child.please consider my request and guide what should i do? hereby i'm having bank account as address proof.
