My ration card not transfer and issue ration card, due to new ration card procedure. When the new ration card procedure complete? Any time I observed " All type of ration card process are closed " due to new ration card procedure. I want transfer my ration card from Halol to Borsad. Then how??? When??? I get my new ration card?
