The metero water in my house is coming mixed with the drianage water appearing black in colour. It has been the case for the past one month. We had already raised a complaint where even after the repairing process the water comes in the same condition. Thereby there seems to be no use of repairing it. This is the case for most of the residents in our street. So kindly do the needful to help us carry out the normal life we led a month back having unmixed pure water. Please take actions quickly as we are suffering a lot on this. Awaiting your response eagerly and quickly.
