Ip off parcel and some goods are misplaced

I send 2 parcels to chenni and everytime things are misplaced. Every time the parcel is in rip off state and some goods are missing... is this ethics to open someone private parcel and take the thing you like and which is costly??? its totally a embrrasing name on indian post... i cant trust any more...
