Non receipt of Family Pension

Respected Sir/madam,

My mothers PPO No. 5060 with RPFC Wazirpur. The family pension of my mother is not released since last year we have already submitted live certificate timely so I do not know the reason for not releaseing the family pension. please look into the mattter and do the needful for release of family pension.
