My PAN No.:BGIPR8853D printed date of birth not match with my actual date of birth which is submitted with form, pan card was received on 9th March. form submition receipt and PAN card scan copy was alredy send on your email: [email protected] on 13th March from my email: [email protected].

my actual DOB:16/12/1984 which is submitted with form

Printed on PAN card: 16/02/84

I request you sir please process for correct date of birth on card.
