Irth certificate

My name is priyanka shantaram chaudhari.

i have lost my birth certificate.i was bor in ghatkopar on 31st may 1989.

i was issued a birth certificate dated 30th may 1989 and so all my documents state d same date.

to issue a duplicate certificate i went to n-ward (ghatkopar).

but those people said dat the records have torn & so they cant issue me a birth certificate... so plz let me knw how can i get one as soon as possible.
