Sub- PFA/C no. MH/24368/5199 Of Late Yogendra Singh
Dear Sir,
My husband Late Yogendra Singh expired 2 years back. The requirements as per memo MH/ Pension pre-audit /THN/ 78 dated 06/07 I fulfilled and submitted to Thane Wagle Estate PF office on 25/4.
1) Submitted age proof of child duly attested along with three photographs attested by company.
2) State bank of India a/c in the same bank in which I have.
Sir, yet no settlement is been done.
While inquiring with Thane Office on 27/7 I was told your file returned to Bandra Office. Pension case NOT AUDITED & ATTESTED by APFC, Pension. Letter Despatched date 03/5, Despatch no. 31 from Thane office to Bandra PF office.
Request you kindly do the needful at your earliest.
