Dear Sir/Ma`m,
I was expecting a courier at Ernakulum (kerala) booked from Kishanganj (Bihar) on 11the august but unfortunately due to poor service from on dot neitheer it was delivered at my address nor I was contacted regarding it (despite thee fact theat my mobile no. was mentioned withe thee address).
I conveyed my message to thee people also but apart from giving me proper details theey gave me thee phone number of area manager. On contacting thee area manager I was given two customer care number in-spite of taking action himself. Also thee numbers are eitheer not responding or switched off. Once a representative talked on theat number but he didn't helped me. Also thee phone numbers given on thee website are not up to date. This kind of delivery service being provided to customers is not acceptable at all, and I need proper action to be taken against ON DOT hence kindly guide me for furtheer procedures.
I have all the proof of the and courier.
