Non delivery of consignment

Dear Sir/Madam,

Regretted to mention that after 4 days of despatching the consignment still it is undelivered at destination. Doket no. is 204317599, Dated 23/01, From Hisar to Udaipur. Kindly look into it and revert back immediately.

I am facing same sort of issues from the last 5-6 months while i am using your services from the last 10 years.

Earlier your services was like the name 'On Dot' depicts but not now.

You need to improve your services then only customer will prefer you. I am planning to switch to other courier due to this issue.
