I was supposed to receive a courier through On Dot couriers (Airway Bill no. 616560368, booked on 22nd. March.2011 from Ambala to CRIS, Chanakyapuri, Delhi-21).
Its 29th today, I called up the On Dot couriers, Satya Niketan office as it is their nearest office to my place. A person picked up the phone. I told him that I have not recieved my courier and was supposed to tell the airway bill no. so that he would trace it and tell me exactly where is it. But he just asked the destination address and when I told him my office name, he started shouting saying no body receive courier in your office. I said u must have called me as my phone number is mentioned on courier. He said "humein aur koi kaam nahi hai kya, 10 couriers honge to hum log 10 baar alag alag phone nahi karenge." what rubbish it is.
All other courier services deliver in our office very well.
I don't think they have even tried to deliver it. I have also inquired from my office reception.
What a pathetic service they provide.
