The broken my courier item

I am sending a item from Bangalore to Visakhapatnam on overnite express courier ..its taken time to dispatch my item on two days late although the item was broken.

here in Bangalore they said we will take care of the item without any breakage but its broken. and i talk to their office but they would not respond properly
