This is regard to the consignment no. 702568483, it was shipped from Delhi on 11.11.2010 and on the online tracking status shows "Despatched To JAMSHEDPUR " on 11.11 today its 16th March 9:00AM, still its not delivered. I tried to reach the Sakchi Overnite Express Office Numbers as shown on their website on 15.11.2010 on phone in the morning. They told me that it will be delievered today but no one came complete day.
After that I tried as many as 25 times on single day to enquire on further status, unfortunately no one answers the call. Its neither non-business day nor non-business hour, but still no one answers the call.
