Pan Card and Voter Id Card Stolen

Bag stolen up by thief.

Respected Sir / Madam,

This is inform to you, that on 16-August at about 12:30 PM my bag was stolen up by a thief in Gurukul area of ahmedabad city. I had original PAN CARD having No. ALXPA5674L and Voter ID Card having No. LPZ1876077 of my wife in it.

Please block both the cards, so that nobody can misuse the identity and these identity cards.
