STRUGGLING TO GET A CORRECT PAN CARD FOR 8 YEARS

i hav applied for pan card about 7 yrs ago

First i have got my pan card with photograph of my mother on it

then when i have applied for a change, i got a pan card with incorrect date of birth

then when i have applied for a change of date of birth about 5 yr back i have not got any response

again when i have applied for A NEW PAN CARD I got a new pan card noumber BUT I got a letter also that the new pan card is not valid and old noumber is valid

so when i applied again for correction on my pan card for change of date of birth and addresse i have not got it.
