This is Vita.c from mphasis company, Bangalore, i have applied for PAN CARD, and also pan card is mailed to my residential address, due to unavailability of my family members in my house, PAN CARD is returned back to its office located in CHENNAI, afterwards, i enquired about this, concerned authorities spoke to me and assured to me that PAN card is issued within 15days. Stipulated time is over, 15 days exceeded, until yet PAN card is not received, my PAN CARD no is AJBPV1279L, so please kindly look into the matter and resolve the same, hoping favourable and early response.
