Loss of Pan Card in Transit

Dear Sir,

My name is Vidya Nand and i have applied for a Pan Card. When i checked the status of my Pan Card online, It says that it has been recieved in Noida on the address mentioned in my application but the name of the person who recieved it is not mentioned. Please look into this matter as my card might be missued.

I need to apply for the card again. Please help
