I am a resident of Pune but holding a company (vMoksha Technologies) PF account in Bangalore. My PF account number is – KN/BN/35006/608. I left that organization in Dec. Since then (almost nine years) I am following-up with the Bangalore PF office for my PF withdrawal.
It is ridiculous to know that it takes such a long time to get my own PF amount back. Also, there is no clear communication about the reasons why my PF withdrawal request is not yet processed.
Since last multiple years I am following-up with PF office in Bangalore and other government offices several times to understand the status of my PF withdrawal but no luck. Also, PF grievance (REF # SROWF/E/04330) filed online did not result in any response from Bangalore PF department.
For your understanding below are all the previous postal communications made to PF offices and government departments -
Request Date - 13-Nov
Documents submitted - Original form 10C & form 19 duly filled
Response received - 20-Mar
Response - PF A/C number not correct, Claim form not signed by previous employer, Employer seal not affixed
Request Date - 08-Mar
Documents submitted - Original form 10C & form 19 duly filled and attested by previous employer
Response received - 31-May
Response - Provide documents to prove your identity
Request Date - 01-May
Documents submitted - Original form 10C & form 19 duly filled and attested by previous employer, self attested copy of service leaving certificate, copy of passport and pan card
Response received - 29-Oct
Response - Provide indemnity bond with due attestation to prove your identity
Request Date - 31-Dec
Letter sent to PF department Bangalore & Minister of personal Grievances asking for the status of PF withdrawal. Not response received from PF department. Response received from Ministry of personal Grievances that my request is forwarded for appropriate action.
Date – 31-Mar
Letter sent to PF department Bangalore asking for the status of PF withdrawal. Again, no response received.

Documents submitted - Original form 10C & form 19 duly filled and attested by previous employer, self attested copy of service leaving certificate, copy of passport and pan card, Rs 100/- stamp paper duly notorised indemnity bond for identity, certificate of bank manager declaring my saving account is active and operative, copy of ration card, pan card, driving license, latest telephone bill and electricity bill, bank statement copy, cancelled bank cheque, break statement letter from the employer

I am really hopeful that you will be able to resolve my issue at the earliest. Request your help to follow-up with PF department & get my PF money deposited in my bank account at the earliest.
