I want to derive your kind attention towards harassment, delay in delivery that too not to destination by the GATI courier services.
I made a shipment with # 470296750 from New Delhi to Port- Blair on 8th Dec and assured delivery date was agreed 18th Dec. My shipment reached in Chinnai on 14th Dec. but they told us your material will deliver to your customer on 23rd Dec. Our customer shouting on us because without this material they can not start their Rs.3 crore project. We had paid to Gati cost of Rs. 2013.00 for giving delivery to Port Blair. Our customer contacted at Port-Blair Gati office but they behave very rudely and told him to contact New Delhi office where your material had booked.
We requesting you to please register complaint against Gati.
