Sir, I shailendra Kr Mishra, R/o C-18/S-2, DLF-2, GZB have got the bill for electricity for the month of March for Rs.1599 (My connection no is 411324 & book no is 1318) inclusive of a penalty of Rs.720 for 1kw extra load, where as I have already taken approval from the department for load of 4 kw and paid all required /necessary charges and hence department can not impose any penalty.By this complaint requesting for the settlement of this penalty in the next bill and up-gradation of record to avoid this confusion in future.
