My friend sent a package via usps from Dallas, U.S. between the 8th-11th of Feb & it has not yet been delivered to me in Malad, Mumbai. Unfortunately, he does not have a record of the tracking number but that still does not discount that the package has not yet been delivered whereas it should have taken 7-10 days from the time it was shipped & it is close to 40 days now.
How are packages / parcels cleared & delivered when sent via usps, the local post office have been saying that it comes through the Indian customs and can take an indefinate amount of time.
