I am JOYDEEP KUNDU, My address is 99/31 M.G. ROAD, KOLKATA-700041, customer in your Post Office (PASCHIM PUTIARY Branch). I had a SB Account in this branch office, This account no transaction till 4 years (12/12 to 31/07). I have to decide this account re open. But nobody can help me Post Master of Paschim Putiary send me to Tollygunj Post office and then this office and there staff no body help me to way out.

So, sir I heavy request you help me to procedure Re open this SB account.
