Not issuing of Passport on Time

Dear Sir/ Madam

I have applied for passport on 22/01 vide reciept no B001000 at Chandigarh office. Gurgaon Police already sent police report. But I have not received my passport till date. I have sent many mail to the passport office but the passport office not inform me the status of my passport file. Now you are requested to plaese look into the matter. Please take action against this foolish department.
