Non Receipt of Passport Post 45 Days

I have submitted my passport application at Passport Seva Kendra at Marthahalli Bangalore on the 3rd December and was provided a file no. BN2061284709810. The Police Verification was completed on the17th December. The status for the last 4 weeks has not changed from awaiting file from SP office, District Bangalore

Have contacted the help-desk on numerous occasions and have not received any progress on the related matter, request your help in expediting the process of passport issuance
