Delay in getting new Passport

Dear Sir,

I have applied for renewal of passport Dec last year (3/12). Since then I am trying my best to follow up the case like going to Commisioner office, nearest police station and so on. Atlast last one month I am getting the same status when I enquiry about the status of my passport. It is the renewal of passport and I have already faced the awkward situation to my employer.
