Neither received Passport not passport status showing

Dear Sir/Madam

I have sent email to [email protected] with below description for 3 times but so far I did not get any reply. Please suggest how can I proceed further?

I am vijay and I was recently married to Nagalaxmi. My wife has been

applied for passport during october month in normal schema and

waiting for passport. The police verfication has been completed in

october month itself but we are still waiting for the status on this.

The reference number given is - 9075196909 and I am unable to get the

status in your website with this number.

Can you suggest me what is

the reference number to check the passport status. And also confirm

me, is it possible to convert this passport from to Tatkal schema??
