Hello sir,
I appiled for passport at passport Office at Guwahati on24-08 but till date I have not receipt of the same. On 12-07-08 I have enquired the matter to passport authority thorough RTI, in reply it was informed that police verification has not been received by the passport authority. But it upset me why the delay occured till date . please look into the matter at the earliest.
